We are developing a mildly hydrolysed version with conserved three-dimensional properties while showcasing a beneficial solubility profile for broad applicability.
Vegan proteoglycan
HVE is developing its own vegan proteoglycan based on the arabinogalactan proteoglycan. Utilizing our proprietary extraction technology combined with resin based de-ashing and decolorization we are aiming at providing a high-end vegan, water soluble proteoglycan with excellent applicability in cosmetic and nutraceutical applications.
Vegan tuber extract with high fiber, protein and calcium content
Based on an underutilized tuber crop, HVE is developing a highend food supplement as a vegan alternative for protein and calcium rich products. Besides high protein, fiber and calcium content, the product provides interesting anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.
